Library of Life is a website that compiles stories of millions of people around the world. The website raises funds for International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Library of Life is creating a living memorial of the tsunami tragedy through photographs, film, sound, text and scanned documents.

Library of Life, in association with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, invites the families and friends of those lost in the recent Asia disaster to create an everlasting memorial to their loved ones.

I’ve been looking at this site for a couple of months now. I’m very glad to see that Library of Life, since the Asian disaster, has committed itself to recording and preserving those precious memories and stories of all those affected.

Having already donated to the Red Cross, I will now sign the Book of Condolence and hope that millions more will likewise do so.
